Open chillers must be matched to the store and refrigeration system

Open chillers use a multilevel refrigerated display structure to present chilled products while keeping them easy to see and access. Products with a similar appearance may use different cabinet depths, heights, cooling systems, air paths, shelves, lighting and control configurations.

The current reference series includes plug-in and remote open chillers, an optional glass-door multideck direction and lower-height cabinet profiles. Reference sheet dimensions range from approximately 950 to 1080 mm in depth and 1750 to 2060 mm in height, with length confirmed according to the project.

The published 2–8°C range is a current product-sheet reference, not a universal performance guarantee. Final operating temperature should be confirmed together with stored products, ambient conditions, cabinet length, cooling system and supplier test data.

An open-front cabinet circulates chilled air through internal ducts and across the display opening. Cabinet geometry, outlet direction, return-air opening, shelf loading and surrounding airflow all influence the result.
