Commercial Equipment Procurement Services from China
PRIME helps overseas buyers coordinate mixed commercial kitchen, refrigeration, display and washing equipment orders from China—from requirement review and supplier screening to inspection, export packing, consolidation and delivery planning.
Which procurement route fits your business?
The right route depends on order volume, import rights, customs capability and whether the buyer already works with a freight forwarder in China.
Experienced Importers & Wholesale Buyers
For buyers with their own import entity, customs broker and established international logistics arrangement—often purchasing by 20GP, 40GP or 40HQ container.
- FOB or CIF commonly requested for full-container orders
- FCA or CIP can be used when the carrier handover point fits better
- PRIME coordinates packing, loading details and export documentation
Buyers with a China Freight Forwarder
For smaller orders or buyers consolidating products from several Chinese suppliers at a nominated warehouse in Guangzhou, Yiwu or another logistics hub.
- Delivery appointment, shipping marks and warehouse documents
- Mixed cargo consolidation and container planning support
- FCA only when export clearance and risk handover are clearly agreed
Buyers Requiring DDP Delivery
For buyers who do not have their own import or customs-clearance capability and need delivery to a restaurant, warehouse or project receiving point.
- DDP feasibility reviewed by destination and product category
- Importer of record, duties, VAT/GST and certification confirmed first
- DAP with a local importer may be used when DDP is unavailable
Turn a product list into a workable equipment schedule
A clear quotation depends on more than a product name. PRIME reviews the technical and commercial details that affect fit, use, packaging and import planning before supplier options are compared.
Match each equipment category with suitable supply resources
PRIME is a procurement and coordination partner, not a single factory presented as the source of every product. We screen suitable suppliers according to category, order quantity, configuration, customization, lead time and export requirements.
From initial requirement to export delivery
One six-step process replaces scattered quotations, repeated specification checks and last-minute logistics decisions.
Requirement Review
Collect the product list, quantities, reference pictures, destination, application and target schedule.
Import Route Planning
Confirm import capability, container or consolidated cargo, China warehouse availability and door-to-door needs.
Supplier & Option Screening
Coordinate suitable supply resources and compare configuration, price, MOQ and lead time on the same basis.
Technical & Commercial Confirmation
Confirm specifications, drawings, accessories, payment milestones, packing method and agreed delivery term.
Production, Inspection & Packing
Follow production progress and check agreed appearance, quantity, configuration, labels, protection and packing.
Consolidation, Loading & Delivery
Coordinate warehouse delivery, mixed-supplier consolidation, container loading or qualified door-to-door logistics.
Check the order before it becomes a shipping problem
Inspection and export packing are coordinated against the agreed order details. The required inspection depth and reporting scope are confirmed before the order is placed.
Pre-Shipment Inspection Coordination
Review agreed product details before dispatch and record practical issues while correction is still possible.
Export Packing & Loading Preparation
Confirm protection, fitted wooden frames, corner guards, pallet support and loading data appropriate to the equipment and route.
Clarify responsibility before confirming the quotation
The Incoterms rule and named place must match the actual handover, customs and transport arrangement—not simply the buyer’s preferred abbreviation.
| Buyer Situation | Typical Route | Key Points to Confirm | PRIME Coordination |
|---|---|---|---|
| Experienced importer / full container | FOB, CIF; sometimes FCA or CIP | Named port or handover point, main carriage, insurance, destination customs | Packing, loading, supplier documents and export handover |
| Buyer has a China forwarder | Domestic warehouse delivery or FCA named place | Exact warehouse, exporter, customs declaration, receiving fees and risk transfer | Booking, marks, documents, local transport and consolidation |
| Buyer needs door-to-door delivery | Evaluated DDP; or DAP with local importer | Importer of record, duties, VAT/GST, certification, unloading and final access | Qualified logistics coordination after feasibility confirmation |
Commercial equipment categories PRIME can coordinate
Send a single product request or a mixed-equipment BOQ. The product scope and suitable supplier combination are reviewed project by project.
What PRIME coordinates—and what must be confirmed separately
PRIME coordinates sourcing, supplier communication, specification review, quotation organization, order follow-up, inspection arrangements, packing and export delivery planning. We do not present every coordinated product as being made by one PRIME-owned factory.
Destination-country certification, importer-of-record availability, DDP feasibility, installation, commissioning and local after-sales coverage depend on the product, supplier, destination and project. These items are confirmed in writing before they are included in a quotation or contract.
Use our buyer resources to prepare a clearer procurement request
Read the 12-step import guide covering project requirements, supplier evaluation, compliance, inspection, consolidation, shipping and receiving before sending your final BOQ.
Commercial equipment procurement questions
Can PRIME coordinate equipment from different factories?
Yes. Mixed commercial kitchen and refrigeration projects often require several product categories. PRIME can coordinate suitable supply resources, normalize quotation information and organize packing and delivery across multiple suppliers.
Is PRIME the manufacturer of every product shown on the website?
No. PRIME is positioned as a commercial equipment sourcing and procurement coordination partner. Products may be coordinated through different qualified supply resources according to category, configuration and order requirements.
Can you deliver an order to my freight forwarder in Guangzhou or Yiwu?
Yes, subject to the agreed warehouse location and receiving requirements. We can coordinate booking, shipping marks, packing data, local delivery and handover documents. The contract must also clarify who handles export declaration and when risk transfers.
Can PRIME arrange DDP door-to-door delivery?
DDP may be evaluated through a qualified logistics and customs partner. Availability depends on the destination, product category, certification, importer-of-record arrangement, duties, taxes and final delivery conditions. It is not confirmed until these points have been verified.
Which delivery terms are available for full-container orders?
FOB and CIF are commonly requested. FCA or CIP may be used when they better match the actual carrier handover point. The selected rule, named place or port and Incoterms version should be stated in the quotation and contract.
What information should I send for a procurement quotation?
Please send product names, reference pictures, dimensions, quantities, destination country, application, voltage and frequency, required configurations, target schedule and your preferred import or delivery route.
Can PRIME help inspect and pack the equipment before shipment?
Yes. Inspection and packing coordination can cover agreed appearance, quantity, configuration, accessories, labels, protection, wooden frames and loading data. The exact inspection scope is confirmed before the order is placed.
Send your equipment list, BOQ or reference pictures
Tell us what you need, where the equipment will be used and how you plan to import it. PRIME will review the product details, suitable supply route and practical delivery options.
